Sorry you are losing the Nuttings as neighbors they were nice people. What kind of work do they do in the Red Cross. Is it a division of the army when they enlist in it or what. The man that left my crew is about 23, it used to be a kind of furlough proposition but now is a discharge but you are in the reserve army. I dont think Ill ask for it (would sure like too) but doesnt look quite right. If they would ask for farmers to go back on the farms I want my name on the head of the list but I reckon I can stick it out as well as the next man, Im sure not being [illegible] any. If I was home we could farm extra land expect there will be plenty around to rent. Rather thought the way Phil talked he was going to quit this fall. So you distruct my neighbors, dont know but that I do myself but could have been so many ways.
