to send the rest out here will drop it out of B-24's and see how they compare with the bombs we're now using. Got the shimmy out of my landing gear last night, was an elusive thing to find and I did so many different little things to it dont know just what did remedy it. Put on a brand new tire tube & wheel & bearings so that may have helped. The other could have been out of balance. Have to prepare my ship an overwater flight tonight, install life rafts, bomb bay tank etc. Isnt due in until midnight and I must get it ready between then and 5 A.M. Boy I get sick of these airplanes sometimes but believe its the best place to be in the army. As usual there is nothing to write about so its good night. Love Johnny
