be spread? They should be plowed first, then spread and worked in good in the spring. Sure wish I could be done so we could get a good catch of seeding next year. Especially those two light fields at the back of the place. Will be needing some grass seed too, I reckon, plan to put in that chunk where we had silo corn this year into alfalfa next year. Believe it might be a good idea to try mammoth red clover on the other [illegible] where we will spread lime. Dad & Bill can figure all that out tho. often grass seed is a lot cheaper in the fall tho isnt it, will need some medium red clover seed too. I guess Dad remembers I furnish all the grass seed, believe thats his idea too isnt it then there are no arguments about putting on too much seed. As usual nothing to write thats newsy. Love Johnny
