maby somthing exciting might happen. well mother I am back again it is now 10 am I went on gard at 7 AM untill 9 am and then came back until 1 am and then went out until 3 am. I keep that up untill 3 bells this afternoon. Julus warden and his sister was just here, they went down to the lover end of the Pier. Some of the ladies of Chicago are taking two of us to dinner to day, but there is no chance for me because I cant leave untill 3 bells.The national league ball team are giving 9 of us a ball wit I am going to play 2nd base. Some class isent it, each co. has a team and they give them all ball suits Well mother Ill quit so I can "[illegible]" this morning. your loving son with lots of kisses Francis.
