the onions. give it a boil & serve _____ Walnut sauce Take a pan of melted butter. add a spoonfull of anchovy one of soy, and ketchup to suit the palate. _____ Mushroom Sauce Peel sufficient mushrooms. Sweat them down with a lump of butter add a little flour. and enough. M(ushroom) ketchup to make it thick, a pinch of Cayenne and Calt. rub it through a fine sieve. Put it back in the pan and throw in a handfull of small Button M(ushrooms) previously sweat down. _____ Caper Sauce Chop part of the capers and put the other part whole into melted butter add a little chopt parsley and salt shake round and serve.
