Anchovy Sauce Chop a couple of A. very fine put it in thick melted butter add a little cream. anchovy sauce and the juice of a lemon. boil & c _____ Melted Butter Mix flour and water smooth add a lump of butter stir until smooth and thick. _____ Bread Sauce Rub crumb Bread through a coarse seive. put it in a pan with milk and cream. a little salt and an onion with 2 cloves stuck in. scald it well take out the onion. and if too thick add more cream.
