I am so fraid of the fever & infestation of the bowels after the diarrhea but God careth for His loved ones. kisses for Weaver. Mrs. Horn & Martha are here. She is holding Jimmie. Bloomfield Iowa May 18/62 My Own Dear Husband; We are all well this good Sabbath morning & earnestly pray that you too are enjoying a quiet day of rest, in good health & looking forward to the joyful future when we shall enjoy them together in our own little home, Annie Martha staid with me last night We talked until almost one oclock, Of course our theme was our soldiers & lovers in the Army. Each thought theirs the bravest & the best, But I know mine is the best, He has been tried & "not found lacking" I love you so good this morning, Sit down here by me & lay your head in my lap & let me kiss you & so fondly & smoothe your hair back, & look straight into your eyes & then just smother you with kisses. There now I guess you goot a good
