for it is plainly to be seen that soon very soon this rebellion will be crushed, & the great fact established that a free government is also a firm one which cannot be shaken. Also the American Slavery has received its deserts, its death knell been sounded & before another quarter of a century shall have passed the United States will proudly proclaim to the world they are indeed "The land of the brave & the home of the free." And you my brave husband cast in your "mite" with others & accomplish your principle for which you endangered your life. Weaver do you think you know how well I love you my "lover husband"? No, it never entered into the heart of Man to conceive of the depth & tenderness of the love welling up from the deep exhaustless fountains of my soul to you. Yes I am all your own, & you are all mine, As true in evry thought, word, & act as the laws of Heaven
