January 29, 1944 Pocatello, Idaho Dear Dad + Mom: Just came from the movie was a silly, funny one, dont remember the title even but there were a lot of laughs in it. Finished up our job last night so didn't have to work, we are the only squadron done so I feel pretty good about it. It's been a job but I've enjoyed it. They are playing that song about [illegible] etc. Its kind of catchy and cute. I remember when Paul Camp used to say that a long time ago. I'm getting so sleepy I can't think straight. It's colder than heck here tonight and clear but I can work inside tomorrow. I will enclose a paper we are supposed to send home. I think I have taken care of most everything it mentions O hare don't let it bother you it is just a formality and doesn't mean a thing.
