"Marseille France" April 8, 1919 Dear Mother, This is my birthday and im going to put out some good stuff. We leave here April 11" so we may beat this letter home. It will take us about 14 days to make the trip from here to New York, so if you receive this befor that time you can look for a word from me most any time.
