Sunday eve April 16 1944 Dear Dave: Your letter of news in the Y's min & community have been so welcome. It is a wonderful thing for you to do for us away from homes, but gosh how do you find the time? Now if you were in the army and could use some of the time the army master it would be easy. We W.T.S men are still sitting here just doing a little detail work & still not going to school. It seems that this is a school for radio men who later go on to gunnery. The camp is full of kids 18-20 years old. Most of them ex-cadets. Our little group of W.T.S. greybeards seems positively aged. Frankly I
