1st Lt W.H. Perdock HQ WBS APO 515 %P.M. New York Sept. 3 1944 Hello Dave, How is everything in Washington? Things are really going swell over here now. I've still got my "Mobil Maint. Unit." We are servicing the units getting ready to go to France. They are really moving fast as you most likely know better than we do. Don't know if I will get to France or not. The war will most likely be over before I get there. We are having great weather. Raining nearly everyday. Thats to be expected in England though. Have some more letters to write so I guess I'd better call this enough. As Ever, Bill
