I have been in France for 8 wks are more and your paper has come all at once. Sorry to here about what has been going on in Washington while I have been away. It was really to bad about Louise Spenler and the others. But Louise was a very reckess driver. You had better watch yourself are you may be paiding a $10 fine for card playing. But here is hope you don't have too. Well what I see of France is pretty good. But it is too hot for much site seeing. If you get what I mean. Well time is short and I am not much of a letter writer so I will close. Your commrade Joe
