Harlingen Texas Sept 8th [1944] Dear Dave: Received the "Scuttlebutt" and was glad to get it. I learned the whereabouts of some of the boys that I'd been wondering about for some time. Your old friend Sam Stewart and I write regularly and I hear from Ken White once in awhile. Those are the only ones that I keep in contact with personally.
