France Sept 13, 1944 Dear Dave Elder, I have been receiving the Scuttlebutt purty regular and have sure been looking forward to receiving them. They aren't getting to me quit as fast as they did at first. But as long as I get them that the main thing. The last two coppies I have received have had the new feature you were talking about putting in your letter. I think this new feature has helped the paper out a lot.
