Somewhere in France Sept. 20 1944 Hello Dave, Should have written this three weeks ago, but have been pretty busy and couldn't get to it. Have received three copies of your minature news paper, that you call "Scuttlebutt", and find it quite interesting. Thanks for sending them, and keep 'em coming as it's good to hear from the old home town and the people I knew there. One of the copies was written by my old friend Bill Shannon, and it was alright.
