Memo 9-25-44 Dear Dave: Im on watch, so just any stationary. I think you'll find the reason your hens wont lay is that you insist that they must lay down to do so. Scientific research (and old hand experience) proves that hens stand up to lay, and you must be teaching the wrong methods. Now there are lots of things a hen does lying down, but not everything. I know you'll appreciate this advice from one who always had better chickens and more eggs than you, and thus since Im out of the business I'll let you
