passengers and eleven stars, not bad was it? We were stationed in France for quite awhile but have moved farther up now. I have read about all the different guys being over here but haven’t had any luck meeting them. Sure was sorry to hear of Jim Olingers death as I knew him very well for several years. My wife tells me that Cecil Long has finally got home after several months over seas. Guess he has lost quite a lot of weight. I worked with him at Joe Wolfes for about four years and can’t imagine him being slim. I sure got a kick out of showing the guys here the picture of the champion stalk of corn, it surely backed up some of my tall statements about our corn. Ha I have run down so will close for now. Thanks again for your wonderful paper and keep them coming. Sincerely yours [S/Sgt] Earl Fisher
