Feb 3, 1944 Pocatello, Idaho Dear Dad & Mom, Didn't get a letter written last night, had to stencil my clothes with indelible ink. I had done them before with indelible pencil but it was about washed out. A fellow doesn't realize how much junk he has until you move or have to mark it. Think I'll go into town again tonight and get another steak and see a show. There is a place down town where they serve excellent steaks and there is nothing I like better. Don't know what pictures are showing. Was warm here again today and thawed quite a little, the ground hog saw his shadow yesterday so I reckon they'll have more winter here, nearly half done tho and that's something. I'm sorry you have to do your own washing again, but you're lucky I'm not home with my dirty overalls and things. Hope you can find someone else that will do it for you but as far as being well done I'll bet it doesn't have tattle tale gray.
