I'm not worried about my farm, Im sure between Dad & Bill things will go pretty well. I know the quality of those steers isn't too good but guess they'll come out all right. glad there aren't more of them. Next years crop will be different, those little white faced buggers looked good to me. Have we bought the new bull yet? Get a good one Pap. What is the back tax you spoke about? No I sure wont be mad to get $75 back, that would buy a lot of things. Went on a hike this morning, the exercise did us all good I think. Dont know just how far we went but not far, possibly four miles, walked almost that far again this afternoon, went to the P.X. after some V-mail stationary, snaps and other junk. think I'll sleep well tonight anyhow. Gosh Pap must have had a real patriotic streak $10,000 worth of bonds sure sounds like a lot, that should put a lot of rivets in several bombers or buy a bunch of machine guns. I think that is swell Dad that should help Fayette counties drive a lot I'll bet you did get a lot of razzing about your hog feeding pan. If it lasts as long for a bird bath as the other one did it will be quite a good investment. Must close for tonight. Im feeling fine and getting along okay, dont worry about me. Love Johnny
