[March 21, 1945] Wenesday - 21st Oahu Island, T.H. Dear Dave: Scuttlebutts still arriving on schedule and are plenty welcome - as always. main purpose in my writing Dave - outside of thanking you again for Scuttlebutts - is to ask you to send a couple more fellows your little life-saver. First is my brother Dick in France. His address is: T/4 Richard. C. Minick 37654489 , Co "B" 23rd Tank Bn, APO # 262 o/o P.M. New York. N.Y. Next is Charles Barclay whose address is as follows [address crossed out] Barclay and I see quite a bit of each other and last week we talked to Bus [Westermark?] over the phone + made plans to meet in Honolulu very soon. Duane [Sniggs?] is also over here and I intend to look him up very soon. More + more Wash. boys gathering here every day. Time to sign off Dave for this time - Hoping you will take care of the two boys mentioned above I am thanking you in advance for same. As Ever Don [Pvt. Donald H. Minick]
