Friday 3/23/45 Hello Dave, Just a few lines to let you know that everything is okay with me. I have been getting the [drip?] regular and and look forward ever week in getting it. We are having more enjoyable weather now, not much snow but the sun seems very bright and have to wear dark glasses. I have my eighteen months in now and look forward to coming home in the near future. A U.S.O. troupe played here and went over big. Lots of girls. Well Dave thats about all I can think of now. I have a slight change in my address. I have been a corporal since last November. As ever Leighton [Cpl. Leighton Edmundson]
