Camp 25th Iowa Int Near Fayetteville N.C. March 13th 1865. Dear Friends at Home This is the first oportunity that I have had since we left Buofort. So this morning we received Orders that they would receive Mail for half hour So you see that I have not much time to write. I expect by this time you are anxious to hear from me if it is only a line or two. I have not time to write the particulars of our tramp in S.C. and so far in this State. I will try and give you the particulars when I have more time to write. I will just say that I am well, and had been all the way through. So have the rest of the Co. I will close as there is
