Basic Recreation Training Course
1st week
Monday 9-12:30 Registration

Tuesday 9-11 Interpretation of Recreation
T., Th., 11-12:30 Leadership
T., W., Th., F. 12:30-1:30 Lunch
T., W., F., 1:30-3:00 Crafts (We did plastic etching, clay modeling, paper mache & paper bag puppets)
T. W., F., 3:30-5:00 Recreational Games (we learned softball, table tennis, shuffle board, badminton, and 6 of us presented & led a game each before whole group. I gave a relay which went well)
W., Th., F., S., 9-11 Group analysis (analyzing background of service men in regard to what they want to do in leisure time.)
W., F., 11-12:30 Table Games (Learned 6 or 7 & presented one to group, having made large facsimile to show game)
Fri night 7-9 - Crafts (Learned square knotting for belts, purses, etc)
Saturday 11-12 - Table Games (worked on chess)
Saturday 12-1 Assembly
Next week we do dramatic & musical things in addition, write original skits & put them on, play & sing & lead songs. Besides, we learn about recruiting & training volunteers & running a movie projector. I'll report in detail when the week is over.
