I'm sorry you had trouble finding things. I hope you didn't send anything you were using. I'll phone tomorrow & again Monday to see if it is here. It's a darn good thing I thought to ask about those flashlight bulbs. I got the kind that screw in & will send them home. I can get the other kind, & will do so at once. Did you get the $5.00? It was in the second letter about the package, sent the next day. I think I'll go see the Christmas Eve ceremonies at the White House tomorrow. Let's be terrible & have a code for the part I am in, shall we? I'll put it on another sheet & will use it for about the first ten letters I write, to be sure you get it! It won't be on the card you get telling you my APO number, because I think those are made out on this side. I also ought to be able to indicate any moves I see coming up by references to china if France, Clara's relatives if Norway, Jane Krantz if Belgium, blanket if Italy. Anywhere else you'll just have to imagine, I guess. Stow this other sheet away, & remember that anything you gather from it is secret. Be sure not to refer to it in writing to me nor ask me about things you know I'm near. Love, Helen
