1944 To: David R. Elder c/o The Evening Journal Washington, Iowa. From: CPL. Robert L. Lytle 37251317 80th QM Co Depot Supply A.P.O. 152, c/o PM. NYC Somewhere in England Dear Dave + I'm finally getting myself situated after a tiresome trip and one of my first thoughts was to inform you of my chnage of address so that there will be no delay in getting my weekly Scuttlebutt. I enjoy it so much and congratulations are in order for your fine job in its preparation. I have compared it many times with other similar sheets and yours is far the best I have seen. Of course it is impossible for me to give my location, but it is simply beautiful. It has been many months since I have seen trees, flowers and natural vegetation. It's a wonderland, compared to Iceland. My best regards Bob Lytle
