1-2-45 Tuesday Dear Sir: I recieved another drip today & I was really glade to get it. It's seems good to read about things back home & to know where some of the home town boys are at. I ran across Eddie Rhimes here on the base. I was really glade to see some one that I used to go to school with. But he shiped out sometime ago on an A.P.A. I'm still an instructor and I really like it. I expect to be shiped out before long. The weather here in Fla. is pretty chilly. But it's nothing compared to the weather the fellows are putting up with over there, or you folks at home. I thought I'd write & thank you & the scuttlebutt faculty for sending me the drips. I really enjoy them. So I'll close for now untile the next dripe rolls around. Yours truly John W. McGaffey
