Audrey & Rodger Lance but the ship sailed before that day. Since then I've not seen anyone from home. I have been in the Solomons & Russell Islands. The latest trip was to the invasion of Okinawa from where I'm writing now. We have had several air attacks but little damage. They met little resistance on the Island which is very thankful. The Japs have little consideration when they come. It's mostly at night. I'm hoping to get to Guam and be able to see some of the fellows from home that are there. There isn't much else to write or that you can write Marion Griffin
