Perhaps the enclosed might do for a start in a pinch some night when the speaker doesn't show. A nice stuffed olive pin would do for a prize. I haven't a darned thing I can write you that can be given any publicity. I have found one fellow from home by reason of his A.P.O. being in "Scuttlebut" and am always finding someone who is near but a little beyond swimming distance with my "Ted Brown" stomach. Still may make it & see first hand some more struggles of the infantry which we all admire. Don't repeat, but I have communicated with fellows from Tal Lytles ship - & [Dr M. Laughlin's & Dr Boice's?]. Some comfort even in ther in this wilderness of islands &
