May 16th [1945] Dear Dave and Gang Received drip no. fifty-eight the other day. The're coming through just fine but thought I'd better give you my correct address. Cp. Bill Arnold 37678355 604 Port Co. T.C. APO 920 c/o Pm. San Francisco, Calif. I'm still on the same island Dave, and am ready to leave any time. We were all so glad to hear the end of the European War. Especially the fellows in our outfit, who have been in the tropics four over thirty four months. With all the new men though, I don't expect to see the states until the war is over, over here
