Everything coming along okay, Dave? I am feeling fine as usual. Say, the last drip I got was last night, and Mrs. Burger put a note on it. Tell her I sure did appreciate that little note she wrote on the top of the drip. I'll be seein' her one of these days, maybe. At least, by 1946!! The US 3rd Fleet is doing a grand job these days, Dave. Halsey says he wishes he had wheels on his ships. I wish he did, too! Well, say hello to everygody, and I've got to go, now. I'll be lookin' for a drip, "Drip"! Ha! As Ever, Roger [Pfc. Roger K. Banks]
