Corporal Francis Webster was killed recently. Capt Newquist is getting along quite nicely at the last report. Lt Riley is now regimental adjutant and Col. Bennet is in a hospital someplace and Lt. Col [name] has been made Col. Both Fergusons are still in good health. Sgt. Hull or Pat as he is better known has gone away to an officers school, and has taken my watch with him to be repaired. He jumped into the Marine River after a drowning soldier and he had it on and the watch wont run very good so hes going to have
