-2- named "highways" of southern Okinawa 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. The jeep is a superb machine and once more has proved it's prowess on this island. Patrolling is monotonous work, but all we are doing here is biding the time until that happy day arrives. It cannot come too soon for any of us.
