Sept. 29, 1945 1823 1/4 W. 3rd St. Los Angeles, Calif Dear Mr. Elder, Just a few lines to let you know I was discharged from the Navy Sept. 28 and to thank and and the people of Washington for the "Scuttlebutt" during the time I was in service.
