Saturday Night Nov. 3, 1945 Luzon, P.I. Dear Dave: Received your 'pony edition' tonight and decided to write a bit to you. Hope you don't mind my writing so often, one of our chief occupations though. We have been working hard the past few days; but think we've really come up with something this time. We had a bit tin and wood building for a mess hall with a gravel floor. Well, we put a cement floor in it, painted it, put maps and pictures at one end that we use as a day-room with tables and chairs, etc., the other end is the dining room. Every night now, coffee and pie or cake is served at nine o'clock. Best thing
