2 time in the Corps, two months less than my overseas time! Others that went back WERE a Lt.'s jeep driver, a bar tender in the Officer's Club and lots of regulars who have two years yet to do, with only 15 or 16 months over here! What kind of policy is this? Am inclosing an editorial from the 21 December '45 copy of Star & Stripes and also an order issued to the 5th Marine Division which I think will be of interest to you. I'm not bitter Dave but I say there is a very poor policy if one does exist. Hope to be seeing you before next September! Please note new adress for my Scuttlebutt. Sincerely, PFC Richard A.
