Manila, Luzon Feb. 18th [1946] 1400 hrs. Dear Mr. Dave, Well, how are you ole bean. Didn't think I was on my way home did you. I'm not that lucky or at least I'm lacking one point. All I have is 44, but this 30 months service by April 30th deal will catch me. It's been sometime sense I wrote last I know and have had an envelope addressed to you for over a month with the idea of sending it your way as soon as I got my orders. But they haven't cut an order for about a month now, darn--
