[letterhead] 2-21-46 Dear Dave, Well, at last I can tell you some damn good news. Yes, you can stop sending the Scuttlebutt out my way as I am being discharged tomorrow afternoon. I'll be out here for about a week or two though and then will go to [L.A.?]. Yes, Dave this business of getting discharged is really right on. I am being discharged out here & am driving back and am really going to make a vacation out of it. Don't plan on getting home till almost April 1. Will spend a few days in Garden City on the way back too. How is everything back in Washington now? Suppose
