you can bet your life on that. You wrote it October 9th and it had been all over France - down to Bordeaux where we were at first - then to the 323rd M.G. B'n - and finally to the Central Post Office at Tours from which place it was sent to my present address. You can well imagine how I devoured its contents, not having had a letter for so long a time. You may wonder why it took so long. Well it first went to Bordeaux where the 126th was once located. From there it went to the 52nd Depot Brigade to which we were transferred.
