had inspection as usual by the Major. We sure have some great old times in this place. Playing pitch is our chief pastime. We are at that every minute of our spare time. Don't know what we would do if we did not have our deck of cards. Say, Vera, I'm sorry to say. I never received my Christmas box. So if you have time could you send me a small box of fudge. The reason I did not get it is because I was transferred about that time and so much of my mail has never reached me. The other day I received a letter from Lee. It was written Nov 6. He said he would send me some money
