Small cakes to be eaten warm may be made by dropping the quantity of a large spoonfull on tins. Orange brandy To a gallon of Brandy, add the rinds of twelve large Seville Oranges pared thin, one pound of fine lump sugar, let it remain forty eight hours, strain it off, and mix with it two quarts of Sack.
