16 some time let me have a recipe for coffee - ordinary breakfast coffee. We seem to make it so badly at home. and I think that most English people far prefer American coffee to the French sort. And now, it's bed time. I've had a pleasant evening, just rambling on, talking to you. Tiki has just curled up in my lap and is trying to chew the letter up. He clawed our chairs most awfully (all our furniture is scared by generations of animals being allowed to (riat?) over it) and has started to pick the stuffing out of one of the easy chairs. He's worth it though, the darling. "Finished my letter, to my great content, and soe to bed". Maureen [Croly] Seaview Isle of Wight England
