3. Of late I've read "India of the Princesses", very interesting book & some of Dicken's books .... I like them & still try to take profit of these readings. But the books you mention are not known to me I must say. Among the films I've seen, one of our bombers is missing (the one you mentioned in your first letter) very good. Then the Corsecan brothers. Also smiling through, which was very good too. Did you see them. Oh by the way, how did you admire the work of our allied forces in Dieppe. Brave heros, I tell you we shall soon start & give the bum [hun?] what he deserves & we shall win & free Europe & the Country under that group of bandits. We here are all full of courage & are waiting for the day to come. My sister's sending me the first [wire through the Bed?] & the other day tell me that my brothers (2 of them) have come back from Germany they are all well at home & await me, they send the message :Moral tres bon". Aren't they courageous. They suffer a lot, but they know we all shall come & free them. Thousand of your compatriots are here & they are loved by the people & all. America stands by us. L'amour de la [rest of sentence in French] If ever it so happened that I was late, very late in giving news say two months or more, keep on writing to me please dear, it will always find me one day & what a consolation for me to think that someone Helen, already dear to me thinks of me & does the job with me. May God bless you for all you do for me. I wish I can repay you all your kindness one day. Anyhow take it for granted I shall never forget you & shall whenever I have the opportunity show myself grateful to my dear Godmother. And if anything should happened to me you could always write to the Belgian Govt & get the address of my people later & write to them.
