Chocolate Place an inch wide thick of chocolate in a sauce pan must cover with water. put over the fire to disolve shake it but do not stir. Add 1/2 pint cold milk boil 20 minutes. Stir all the time. Glaze 1/c oz gelatine soak in 1/2 pint water. Boil slice onion in 2 table- water & quick salt. Add gelatine & when dissolved spoonful [?] & enough rich brown gravy or extract of meat to make a rich brown colour. Stir over the fire till smooth & very thick then put in
