New Year's Cakes 1 pkg cr. cheese 1/2 tsp anchovy paste 1 tsp minced chives 1/2 tsp grated onion 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce plain pastry Blend cheese & seasonings Roll pastry into 2" square Put tsp of mixture on each. Fold & pinch into a triangle. Press flat on bottom to make a cocked hat. Bake at 400º for 8 minutes. Serve hot Hard Gingerbread 3/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. milk 5 c. flour 3/4 tbs. b. powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tbs ginger Bake in thin layer in bread pan cut into forms while warm - Ice when cool
