Minneapolis, Minn June 23, 1917 Dear Mother and Father: Hurrah for vacation again! It tastes good after two weeks without one. I came in early this afternoon, had a haircut, shampoo, and massage, and have been loafing around since feeling clean of head at least. All I want now is a bed in which to sleep about twenty hours. The hotel is crowded, so I have having to wait for the bed. I was glad to read about the Lyons' reunion. They must have had a joyful time. I hope to see the Ray when he comes to Minneapolis.
