message, when you know she is making perfectly little wonders of sheets for you to sleep between; and on two occasions she has nearly frozen her little Geo. W. Behind off, going to town in the morning to mail letters to you. Are you shocked? This is one letter you are not to save. I'll not have you wave this under my nose and show me what bad things I've written you. Now I'm leaving you, Belovedest. Be my own good hubby, and don't smile at all the pretty French girls you see. I am being pow'ful good, and strange to say, it's no trouble at all. I love you, dearest, and -- day after tomorrow we'll have been married a whole month! Remember me to "Zim" if you ever see him. I'm going to send you two some eats if I ever hear where you are. All my love -- Daphne
