Altho he is here all winter, today is the first I have heard him since last fall. I am so impatient for the Red bird. He is my favorite. Oh honey, such good times as are coming when the war is over! I don't dare think about them too much because it doesn't seem patriotic, but when we have a right to them, won't it be wonderful!! I have thought of so many things I wanted to tell you about, but they will keep. Ruby's Samide is coming the first of next week and she is all impatience. I suppose this is the last time they'll see each other for a long time.
