Feb. 24, 1943 Dearest:- We are in North Africa had a good trip comming over, didn't get sea sick a bit. Bunce & I are still together The natives are around begging all they can get some are very poorly clothed. It is a strange country compared to ours. the soil wont produce very much I am unable to write much because it is all censored I won't be writing very ofter I won't attempt to write to anyone else so you can pass the word on to the necessary persons. We have plenty to eat I feel very will. it is not cold here I haven't got any mail for almost a month Love Lloyd
