Wed nite Jul 9 1942 Dearest: - Another day is over now about 5:00 we get thru about that time every day all the rest of the boys go out tomorrow except me & two others I don't know when or where I'll go. they were glad to get men who knew about "cats" they didn't give me a trade test, the top "Louie" said with that many years I didn't need one so I don't know We do drilling, scrubbing, wash clothes, go to movies describing military stuff. Got my clothes yesterday
